I have the same exact symptoms: <span style="color: #000000; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; background-color: #eef4f9;">I plug in the power supply to the unit and everything flashes quickly then goes out.&#160; If I hold the dist and mod buttons and plug in the power, the display sequences a 13, 01, 00, then E0.
