Hi,

Is it possible to try a different Cat 5 cable with the FBV Express? (Make sure it is a standard Cat 5e and not a crossover type cable.)

This issue could be hardware related but I want to make sure before going further.

When connected for the first time with the CAT5 cable supplied with unit, amplifier experiences a possible reboot bar on the led of the amp, plus sounding as the amp is experiencing a bad input cable hum or grounding issue. MKII will not pass calibration passed the #1and stopped is there a factory reset procedure? This unit is 1 day old. The FBV was a free extra for purchasing the Spider 150 was probally the selling point between Line 6 and a VOX Hope I wasn't wrong.
