Unfortunately I think we've exhausted all the normal recovery procedures. Perhaps others can chime in with other ideas. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; Disconnecting the power from any computer during installation of its operating system (in this case the HD and its firmware) can leave the device in an inoperable mode. That's why the Windows Update utility warns you not to power your computer off during the update. With normal computers you can reinstall the OS from recovery disks. The Pod has no drive - only usb and Monkey for software installation. If that can't be made to work.....&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; I know you didn't intend for this to happen, but your device may need to be serviced.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;a class="jive-link-external-small" href="/service_centers/" target="_blank"&gt;http://line6.com/service_centers/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Before doing that I would do a few final things:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- double check all your hardware other than the Pod.
