What's the signal flow of your setup exactly? In other words:

Instrument ---> M5 ---> Amp Input? Or is it running in the Amp's FX Loop? What other pedal/effects do you have in the signal path? Which effect on the M5 are you using?

Every time I engage an effect on my M5 my volume boots like crazy...no mater what effect I use. I can't seem to find any adjustments in the set up pages. I know it is the pedal. I had a previous one that crapped out on me (wouldn't power up) and I exchanged it and now this one totally boosts my output. And not in a good way. I am not using an expression pedal with this, is this something that would affect this?
