I had one that did this, and everything still worked... it would not allow me to buy model packs or any other licensing... but worked connected to a computer with edit/gearbox etc.

the fix was going to cost more than an ebay replacement....

anyway... thats my experience.

This symptom usually indicates a hardware problem. You will probably need to take the device to an authorized Line 6 service centre.

Hi,

my PODxt can't be recognized by any computer.

I made a photo:

(in attachment)

On the top mine POD say:

USB V.0.00

ESN 00000000

On the bottom my friend's POD say:

USB V1.12

ESN 01040332

When i put the USB on my friend's POD, Monkey recognize immediately the device.

HELP ME PLEASE!!

What can i do?
