The Variax has really nice formant preserving so it sounds pretty good if you run it through a bass amp/bass modeler.

While the Variax is awesome, it misses just a couple essentials here and there, but I'm sure that's fixable with a little work in workbench right?

I thought we could discuss custom workbench presets of such here.

I was wondering if anyone has an SG-esque preset or knows how to make one. And SG is basically a Les Paul with just a little bit more bite. Any recipices in workbench to add that bite feel to a Les Paul model, or anything else?
