What I had to do is power my POD off AND unplug it from the wall for abut a minute or so. Then when I plugged it back in and powered it on, it was seen when I opened HD edit.

Hope that helps!

Monkey worked fine this time. However, I STILL cannot get the edit program to recognize the pod hd.

POD HD edit says no line 6 device connected

This was working but did not today. I have tried uninstalling the drivers, reinstalling the drivers, reinstalling pod edit. I did it manually. When I try to use monkey it works until the installer is due to open, then it says the installer failed to open and it directs me to the webpage to download manually, which works. The drivers are installed, The pod hd 400 works fine as a sound card, Monkey detects it... so why does the edit program have a problem detecting it. Whatever method the edit program is using, it isn't good enough. Everything on this pc works great apart from the line 6 software, there is no virus, nor have I had a virus on this pc which is reasonably new.

This is extremely frustrating. I want to edit my patches for crying out loud... Line 6 - I am not a happy chappy. Is there someone who knows how to fix this?
