Any way to mod MM4 to have tap tempo?

I just got the MM4 and I unfortunately found out that it doesn't have tap tempo like the DL4 (you would think it would), but I need a tap tempo for it or basically the pedal is useless to me. Is there any way to get this? I don't want to get an expression pedal and have to get "as close as possible" I need an authentic tap tempo. If anyone can help I would be super grateful! Thanks guys!

I just purchased a DL4... Haven't even plugged it in yet...

I'm wondering about the "Volume Drop" thing that people are complaining about on other forums... I'm thinking to myself that Line6 has to be aware of this, and am wondering if they've revised the DL4 to compensate for this...

If the DL4 was designed this way for a reason... ...that maybe the mod people are talking about will effect other things...

Anyway, some input would be nice...

Hello

I have a problem with my Verbzilla. When I press it, nothing happens, but when i press it fully down, it blinks first green, and then red! Its not an issue with the guitar cables or power. 9 volt batteries and power supplies have the same problem... I called line6 support and they didn't help me at all. I am looking more of a specific solution like replacing a part or doing a reset. I have heard bad things about you guys helping people with these tonecores and I want a solution. It has to be a simple problem and a simple fix....

Line 6 DL4 not working

im using a DL4 stomp box and have had it for just over a year now.

all of a sudden it stopped working.

all four lights flashed as if the batteries had gone (im using a line 6 power supply for it) and then it stopped working

i have tried batteries and other power supplies and it just wont work any more.

what should i do now?

2nd fried DL-4 this year. Repair?

Hello!

I have now owned two DL4s this year and I love 'em but cannot keep replacing them when they fry-out this frequenly. I acquired both in new/as-new condition without registration (they may have been registered prior?)b and was running them both on clean and proper, power specs. Is there a place online or in the Seattle area that can fix these things? Droping 200-250 on another one is totally out of the budget and I know many have had similar problems with the DL4. Line6 and community, please help!

Otto Filter

When I engage my Otto Filter there is a significant increase in gain that is out of balance with the signal at all other times - either clean, on its own, or while using other effects. I have tried adjusting the SENS pot to remedy this but to no avail. Is there an internal control that can bring the effect level in balance with the bypass signal? Has anyone else experienced this problem? I would love to put this back in my effects chain, but as it is there is no way. What to do?!

Hello everyone,

My name is Giacomo, I have a problem with my DL4 ( I bought it used 2 years ago ), I use the effect to mix my songs on an analog mixer so I keep the knob dry / wet clockwise but every time I change the type of simulation I have to move the knob counterclockwise and then clockwise again to get wet sound. It 's normal?

Alright I want to know who else have had these kind of issues and what should we do as paying customers.

First off, I have already owned 6 of these pedals, all with an avergage life span of three months and I've had it, really, I don't know what else to do, no other pedal does what this one does at a stop-box scale, offering 3 presets of delay settings, a loop function and double speed/half speed modulation.

Other pedals that might be more reliable, or offer the same function are more expensive, like the echoplex or looperative racks. About $1000 a piece.

What should we do? I'm definitely changing brands, I know I should have learned my lesson from the start but I had faith it was just a power issue, but now I got these 6+ boxes of scrap metal laying around.

So what are your thoughts about this? I'm interested in hearing about owners having the same issues, or are enraged just as I am.

Is there a momentary switch (single button) on the market that will switch between the 2 banks on my DL4? I don't need the option of 'rocking' between banks, and I don't have the space on my pedal board. Thanks.
