It has come to our attention that a small number of Relay G50/G90 systems may have been shipped starting in the wrong RF mode. This is very easy to resolve. If your new Relay G50/G90 wireless system’s TBP12 transmitter will not connect to its receiver, switch the RF mode by following the procedures below:
1. Turn body pack power on.
2. Press and hold the "Select" button until the channel number flashes.
3. Press and release the "Value" button while continuing to hold the "Select" button.
4. Release both buttons when the display shows "RF1".
5. Verify by powering off the unit then turning power back on and watching for RF1 to be displayed during the turn on sequence. Your transmitter will now connect to your receiver.
