If you have recently purchased a Relay G50/90 wireless system, it has come to our attention that a small number of systems may have been shipped starting in the wrong RF mode. This is very easy to resolve. If your new Relay G wireless system’s transmitter will not connect to its receiver, switch the RF mode by following the procedures below:
For TBP12 bodypacks:
1. Turn body pack power on
2. Press and hold the "Select" button until the channel number flashes
3. Press and release the "Value" button while continuing to hold the "Select" button.
4. Release both buttons when the display shows "RF1".
5. Verify by powering off the unit then turning power back on and watching for RF1 to be displayed during the turn on sequence. Your transmitter will now connect to your receiver.

As many of you have seen by now, our forum communities were SPAMMED, starting on March 3. Since we were made aware of it, we attempted to address the issue in a number of different ways. As a last resort, we've restricted the ability to post to the forums to accounts created before the SPAM started. We do plan to allow full access to all users in the coming weeks.
If you have a technical question that our documentation does not answer, please create a support ticket at http://line6.com/support/.
We truly apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Announcement: Changes In Support
Hello Line 6ers. We want you to know that we’re changing how we provide you support.
Previously, our forums were used as the mechanism to ask the Line 6 tech support staff and the community at large a question. The forums are still a good place to find advice about tone, computer configuration, and subjective questions about sound and application from other Line 6 users. The way to ask our tech support staff a direct question now is via a support ticket.
To create a support ticket, please go to http://Line6.com/support. To see your ticket, click My Account, then click Support Tickets.
Before asking us a direct question, we ask that you please look at our Knowledge Base, video tutorials, forums and manuals, as the answer you are looking for is probably already there. Additionally, a search made in our forums may show that your question has previously been asked and answered.
Marking a post as a question tells the community that you’re looking for help. Doing so also gives other members the incentive to answer it for points you can award them for helpful and correct answers.
