On both Mac and Windows computers with a vertical screen resolution of 800 pixels or less, the Dock or Taskbar may partially obscure the bottom of the POD HD 300/400/500 Edit software which is used to display the 'No Hardware' message.

A workaround is to set the Dock or Taskbar to Auto-Hide.

Mac:  Click on the Apple icon at the top left of the screen, then, select Dock>Turn Hiding On.

Windows:  Right-click the Taskbar and select 'Properties.'  In the window that pops up, check the box for 'Auto-hide the taskbar,' then hit Apply, and Ok.
