Given that all of the requirements are met from the forum guidelines and you have completed the

support profile on your account, please include all of the technical specs of the items below to help the Line 6 Community better understand your problem. Copy and paste all of the relevant sections into your thread, then complete the specifications of each item and include a summary of your problem.  Please click the hyperlink for more information regarding each topic. Please see the manual for setting up your computer to work with Line 6 devices

before posting any questions, as the info found there cures many common computer-based problems.

 

For computer-based issues:

Please note: Line 6 does not support satellite or dial up internet service

 

General troubleshooting questions (choose N/A if it does not apply):

  • Does Line 6 Monkey recognize your device?

  • Have you reinstalled the drivers for this device directly from the Line 6 website for your OS?

  • Have you tried different USB cables?

  • Are you connecting directly to a USB port on the back of your computer?

  • Have you shut down all security software/other programs?

  • Have you tried to replicate the problem on a different computer?

  • Have you tried different guitars, mics, cables, and amplifiers and are still having the same problem?

  • Have you tried to replicate this problem in a different location?

  • Have you used a power conditioner?  Are all of your units getting their power from the same source?
