jimbojamz
I click on change my password it goes right to the L6 website. Help.Running Reaper. when I launch Native, it says it is offline in red print at the top of the plug in window. I try and log in I get "wrong user name or pw" when I clicked "change my password" it went right to the L6 page.... so it is online, Native claims it's not. Any ideas? ADBrown
It sounds like the username or password is wrong and Native is unable to connect to the Line 6 server. Your computer is online, hence arriving at the L6 password change page, Native is just not connecting to Line 6. I would double check that your username/password are the same you used to download Native. If the problem still persists contact customer support/open a ticket and they will get it sorted. I'm using the same login info as I just used to sign on here.. so the UN and PW are correct. guess I'll have to open ticket - sigh.
jimbojamz
I got it working. It was my Firewall (Zone Alarm). Even though I snoozed it for 5 min, it still wouldn't authenticate. Then I just shut the firewall off all the way and I'm golden! Now to figure out what ports it's using.....
