Wawahehe11 Posted May 21, 2014 Share Posted May 21, 2014 Hello, I recently purchased the POD Studio UX1 audio interface and just discovered that my AKG Perception 120 condenser mic is not compatible with it. (I have been using this condenser mic with my Toneport UX2 since 2008, which has the pushbutton next to the Mic 2 input for phantom power. After consulting UX1's user manual, I noticed it said, "toggle the phantom power button located on your condenser mic," ---which I don't have. Could someone please tell me some good (mid-range) condenser mics that would work well with the POD Studio UX1 audio interface? Triryche Posted May 21, 2014 Share Posted May 21, 2014 No condenser mic will work directly with the UX1 because the UX1 does not have phantom power. You could use a mic preamp with phantom power and run that into the UX1. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
