astillandsmall
Hi all, Recently, I made a purchase of PEAK's FCB4N2 (http://www.peak2005.com/j/midi-foot-controllers/15-fcb4n2-programmable-midi-foot-controller-ver20.html). Straight out of the box, I'm able to switch between presets and banks with it. The problem I'm having though is when I program P4 of it to be on tuner, when I hit P1/P2/P3 it doesn't revert back to the presets, it stays stuck on the tuner page. Also, it doesn't make much of a difference if I had it set to 'ABCD' or '5-8' footswitch settings. Any ideas fellas?
5jamjwji8
I don't have my Peak2005 controller in front of me, but I recall you have to set the preset (P4 in your case) to both turn on and off. I did this when I used it with the TC Electronic G Major 2. So you can enable the preset to use the tuner you click it once, then you'll click the same preset to turn it off. Make sense? astillandsmall
Hi, could you PM me your email address? I'd like to discuss it further with you. Thanks!
phil_m
The tuner is turned on when the HD Pro receives a command on CC#69 with a value between 0 and 63. It's turned off when it receives a command on CC#69 with a value between 64 and 127. On the FCB4N2 (I have that pedal, too, btw), you can program up to 4 PC and 8 CCs to each footswitch. So if you want to have the tuner turn off when you hit one of the other switches, you'll have to program the CC#69 with a value of higher than 64 in it to each one as well as having the PC programmed.
