I want to delete the amplifi app, download it again then re flash my amplifi 75

Hello every one. Here is the problem.

 

Amplifi 75 is flashing four white lights. (Failed update)

 

This is the second time I went thru this.

 

My amplifi app version is 1.21.1

My amplifi device flash version is 2.010

 

I have been getting error messages in the app so

I am wondering if this may be part of the problem?

 

I want to delete the app, re download it then re flash the amp.

Does that sound like the right approach to you people?

Ok guys forget it, I figured it out. Just had to do the easy to follow 17 step instruction sheet.

Is it me or is this just more complicated than it needs to be?
