No USB recognition - USB bandwidth exceeded

I already uninstalled all drivers and reinstalled them from scratch twice, still having the same problem:

The installation runs smoothly, but at the end, when I connect my POD XT Pro for Windows Hardware Wizard to recognize it, I get a message saying I exceeded USB bandwith and the installation fails after complete... When I try to use Line 6 Monkey or Line 6 Edit, my POD XT Pro is not recognized, and it says I don't have the latest driver installed (which I have).

I'm not using any USB Hubs and my computer has 4 USB 2.0 inputs in the back... One of them I use for my USB audio card (M-Audio Fast Track) and the other for POD XT Pro... Am I really not able to use 2 audio hardwares in a single computer?
