KB37 Audio problems

Hi my names mike and I have had  the Toneport Line 6 kb37 for about a month now and I am haveing some  issues I cant seem to resolve on my own.

 

First Ill put what Im useing:

 

Line 6 Pod  Farm

Line 6 Monkey

Reason Adapted

Rift Works T4

Albenton  Live Lite 7.0.10

 

My problem is when ever I plug in the KB37 I stop getting  sound and when I unplug it I get sound again. I have followed all the  nessesary instructions and looked it up in support as well as tutorials  and Im having no luck.

 

My KB37 is plugged in via USB and my Speakers are  plugged in through the PC tower. (I have tried plugging the speakers  into the Analog outputs with no results) Pleas help me

    Have you disabled your computers soundcard? Chosen your KB37 as your default soundcard?  Just some suggestions but sometimes simple things get overlooked. Do you plug your usb into a hub or into the computer itself? Hubs can cause problems. Do the meters move when you play through it? If so you may have an output level turned down somewhere. I know this kind of thing can be frustrating. Let us know how you do.
