i have installed then uninstalled then installed again with the same problem.  it says it can not connect.  it recognizes my mkii shortboard but when i go to uodate i get this error.  this happens with the support buttin too.  i also have a spider iv 75.  just got both yesterday and i am trying to confirm and or update the firmware.

a ie window opens and says it can't find this server:

l6c.test1.line6.net

it seems from forums that this is the wrong address but i never see a response on how to fix it, please help
