ok long story short im having trouble getting my new POD Studio UX1 to install on a computer that doesnt have internet to use the Line 6 monkey. when i plugged it in it acted like it was installing then at the bottom right of my screen that balloon popped up and said something like "hardware did not install properly and may not work" some junk like that and when i open POD Farm it says "no device detected" so then none of my sound im trying to record and what not even get to the computer. I already tried hooking it up to someone elses computer and it worked fine (they have interent) but i could find the files and installer that made the difference to put on my flash drive and put on my computer. any ideas cause i cant get anything to work...
the6false6god61,
1) You need to install Line 6 Monkey onto an online computer first and authorize the licenses as described in the following document:
http://line6.com/community/docs/DOC-4738
Make sure to type the word 'refresh' in the Activate Purchase window of Line 6 Monkey to generate the .aet files to copy to your own computer using the procedure in the following videos:
http://line6.com/community/docs/DOC-1499
2) You need to download the POD Farm 1.11 software from the following link:
Save to a flash drive or CD and install it onto your offline computer first, BEFORE attempting to copy the .aet files to your computer. (POD Farm needs to be installed first to create the folder locations they need to be copied to.)
3) Copy the .aet files to the location specified in the 'Transferring Model Packs' videos:

If you have any questions with the steps above, please specify which part of the procedure you are having problems with.
