My microphone still isn't working!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't get it. Working out of Grageband. I have a toneport ux2. I have installed the drivers and line 6 monkey. I have set my audio preferences on my computer to go through the ux2. My electric guitar works (though not very loud). My microphone is all hooked up and it's not even being picked up by the ux2. The phantom power is on. Confused.

In the Line 6 driver there is a place to select what devices are active and which sends thay are using. Also make sure that you have the volume turned up on the MIC gain.

  How do I get to that place in the Line 6 Driver?? The only thing I can get to when I navigate to the driver in my applications is a program to uninstall it??

    Look near the top tight hand corner of this web page, On the red bar you will find a link that says "Downloads" Once in there click the block next to "Beta" You will find the drivers there.

      Still nothin. I uninstalled the driver I had, downloaded a beta version of the driver for a toneport ux2. Still nothin from the mic. Don't know where to go to enable the mic or any of that.

        Did you try configuring it in GearBox or POD Farm?

        I think it might be. If I remember right, you need to be running GearBox or POD Farm to get to the MIC input.

        Doesn't Gearbox only effect Linein 1 &2? I want to save those for guitars and use 3-8 for live mics. Still can't get a phantom powered mic to work.

        are you shure the proper 48 volts is comming from your mixer? are their any other mic cables your might try switching it out. do you think you may have a defective mic try it on a friends power supply with a different mic calble.
