Robert Plant - Big Log Tone

HI

 

is anyone able to suggest a setup for getting robert plants big log sound. I have tried on and off over the last year and I just cant get anywhere near it. I have a pod X3 Live.

    First of all youre gonna need a fender telecaster or strat for that kind of sound,or maybe a guitar with a piezo pickup. Then you just need some reverb,maybe a little delay and chorus.

    But the most important is going to be a guitar with a single coil.Search you tube for big log guitar,there is a guy doing a cover.
