A question for anyone out there.  I'm thinking of enlisting the help of a wood working friend of mine to do a 300 transplant into an existing guitar I have. 

I've seen a number of wiring schematics that have an on off switch for the vax when also using magnetic pickups - but I'm planning on trying to do a blend of them.  I have a fishman powerblend pedal and was thinking that if the guitar has a stereo out I could blend vax/mag combinations or go all or nothing?

Has anyone here experimented with that?
