I have have just purchased a new LD 150  Bass amp  from a dealer in ALMORADI, Spain, called 'Professional Hobby'.

When I try to register this amp I get a message saying it is already registered. - I cannot go back to the shop because it is too far away, and I cannot phone because I don't speak Spanish.

Can you get this item de-registered please so that I can register it.

I paid by Barclaycard, so that is the only receipt I have.
