Broken Spider Valve Mkii

There is something wrong with my SVmkii head.  When ever I turn it on the modulation efffects won't shut off and it wont' allow me to see any other parameter than the Modulation effect.  I was able to do a factory restore which did not solve my problem.  Help!

    Okay to you Line 6 support people.  I turned on my Amp holding Tap and the up button on the dpad which pulls up some sort of diagnostic utility.   All of the knobs go from 127 fully clockwise and oscillating around 23 fully counter clockwise.  Something is preventing the amp from reading 0 on the all the pots.  This seems to be my issue.    Now if a factory reset doesn't solve this, would reflashing the latest firmware be any different?

     

    However, the issue is Sine Chorus pops on for all presets.

    Hello,

       

      I'd say that after all you've attempted, a Spider Valve Flash Memory re-install would be the last thing to try before getting your amp over to one of our Authorized Service Centers.

       

      If the behavior on your amp still persists after a re-flash, please make a copy of your purchase receipt and get your amp over to either:

      Either of the two ASC's will be able to diagnose and fix your amplifier at no cost to you under warranty, other than the downtime when the amp is at the shop. Sorry to hear about your troubles. We apologize for the inconvenience.
