Question about warranty repair at local service center

I'm having a problem with my LowDown 150 Bass Amp where the sound cuts out for a few minutes about 15 minutes after I turn it on. It comes back after a few minutes or if I cycle the power but it usually happens again. I bought it less than a year ago so I believe its still under warranty. I'd like to bring it into my local authorized service center for repair. Do I need any "warranty repair approval" before I bring it in?
Thanks,
Rich
Hello,
If you purchased your amp new within the past year, the only requisite is to make a copy of your purchase receipt. In order for our Authorized Service Centers to push the repair as warranty they'll need a copy of your receipt for warranty claim submission. We go by the date of new product purchase; hence the 1 year period starts on that date present on your receipt.
If you can get a copy of receipt and your amp to an ASC and are within the time period, you're all set!
