using FBV EXPRESS MKii WITH SPIDER II HD 75

I recently bought the FBV EXPRESS MK2 to control my SPIDER II HD 75 Head. I just learnt that the TUNER feature is not supported (because the Head doesn't have it), but my question concerns the VOLUME/WAH toggle, because while the WAH position works fine, the VOLUME does absolutely nothing (and the VOLUME LED does not even lit).
Please answer ASAP

Hello,
Were you able to calibrate the FBV Express MKII expression pedal to the amp?
Here are the steps, in case you didn't know how to do it:
FBV Express Mk. II:
1) Hold D while powering on the FBV. Upon release, the pedal display will read “1”.
2) Press and hold the pedal toeswitch until the 7 segment display changes to “2”. This should occur instantly.
3) Set the heel to the heel (minimum) position, press the D button. The 7 segment display will change to “3”.
4) Set the toe position (maximum) and press the D button. The tuner LEDs above the 7 segment display will light.
5) Move the pedal and verify that the tuner LEDs sequentially turn off as the pedal moves to the minimum position, and refills when moved to the maximum position.
6) Press D to exit

yes, I had tried both callibrations but neither work. If I press D, then no "1" appears on the display... Just tried it again and it doesn't work.
Hello,
If you have the early version of the FBV Express Mk II you may need to update the firmware to calibrate the pedal. See the following link for the upgrade info:

Then try the calibration:

well, I use mac, when i plug it in and open the Monkey, no updates appear so I'm guessing it's the lastest FBV. Plus that's also what they told me in the store, that these were the new ones (just bought it some weeks ago)
I'm guessing it's the lastest
No need to guess -- Monkey will show you the exact version of the firmware. What version do you have?
well, now I d/l the latest versins and was able to calibrate the pedal, according to the instructions.
unfortunately... the volume problem remains exactly as it was
