Problems with POP Farm as a VST

I work in a 6th form college. We have just purchased 6 POD Studio UX1 interfaces. The Drivers and software loaded up ok. The interface itself works through Cubase and the POD Farm works ok on its own. However when I load up the POD Farm as a VST through Cubase it asks me to download monkey and update software. I’ve been able to load Monkey but actually downloading the update to the device is impossible because the college firewall doesn’t allow it, or doesn’t let the me log in to another proxy. I’ve been working with the IT department and for two weeks on this and there say there’s nothing they can do. Is there a way of getting the POD Farm to work as a VST without having to connect to the internet? If we can’t resolve this issue it’s likely we’re going to have to send the interfaces back.
rhodriwynowen,
What you can do is download all of the latest software from another online computer that CAN download our software, then bring it over to the computer on the campus.
To authorize the POD Farm assets on the campus computers, you will first need to authorize in on an online computer at another location (your home, etc.), then transfer the authorization files (.aet) from your computer to the campus computers. We have created a knowledge base document and videos on how to do this. Please use the following link for the video and document:
