POD Studio UX1, Gearbox as VST at DAW

I bought and registered POD Studio UX1, I tested Gearbox & POD Farm. But I just using Gearbox only. It seems it doesnt' activate as VST Plug-in on DAW. Is that right? I can put Gearbox VST in Insert FX but only get 'Ready to activate' notice. With POD Studio UX1, I can only use Gearbox software as Stand-Alone? Then what should I purchase to make Gearbox available as VST plug-in? I got to purchase page but I don't know exactly what pack should I buy. Beside, If I not installing POD Farm, only installing Gearbox, it doesn't have problem with using tones and software support?
HDmix,
The Gearbox plug-in file automatically gets installed on your computer when you install the Gearbox software, however, you can only use the Gearbox plug-in license if you had previously purchased the Gearbox plug-in license while it was still available (about a year and a half ago). Without having the Gearbox plug-in license, you will be unable to use that plug-in.
However, the POD Studio devices come with a license for the POD Farm plug-in software. You just need to download and install the latest version of POD Farm (for Vista, there is no Windows 7 installer yet), then install the latest compatible driver for Windows 7 (4.0.2.3) last before connecting the hardware. Then, you need to point your DAW to the plug in files located at:
Windows:
\Program Files\Line6\POD Farm\VST\Line 6
This is explained on page 3.2 of the POD Farm Recording Setup Guide:
