Gearbox not able to access Toneport DI Gold Model Pack after Gearbox 3.71 Update

I recently upgraded my Gearbox Gold plug in to Rev 3.71 and can no longer access the Gold bundle model pack using the Toneport DI-G USB device that came with gearbox. I have re-installed the Toneport drivers and Gearbox and still can't access the Gold bundle patches even though the other presets (Clean, Crunch, and Heavy guitar etc.) all still work fine. I also seem to be able to access the Gold bundle patches using the Pod Farm application - even though I would prefer to use gearbox.
Is there something I need to do to re-authorize my gold bundle to work with gearbox?

This was a bug that was corrected. Please go the following link to download/install the Gearbox 3.72 software installer and Line 6 monkey intelligent updater and the latest drivers.

Apparently version 3.72 is not available at the link you indicated - when will this version be released?

I have the same problem. I can not access my DI-G (gold) models after I agreed (with Line6 Monkey) to upgrade my drivers. Is there a fix or not? The link that was given doesn't give squat. I am fairly upset as I am a software engineer that gets stomped if I submit a fix to the public (and private sector customers) without an immediate fix for identified bugs....where is the fix????? It's March 14, 2010.

After seeing some similar posts in the 'Gearbox' discussion group, I have rolled back to Gearbox rev 3.70 and everything is working again - not a great solution but it will work until 3.72 is available. I don't want to stay at 3.70 forever as I use Gearbox for other Line 6 devices as well (POD X3 etc.) so this work-around better not be permanent.

How did you roll back your Gearbox to 3.70 because I think I'm experiencing a similar issue as you and I want to roll back as well. It seemed to fix your problem. Did you do it through Monkey, Control Panel, the web site?
You just need to re-install version 3.70 (if you kept the old install executable you can use that - or it should still be available if you scroll back through the items in the 'Software Downloads' link after selecting the Gearbox application for your operating system). I always 'save' my previous versions on my PC (you can select Save or Run when you do a download) and then the install from that file. This makes it easier to go backwards if you have to or if you install on multiple machines.
NB: As of last night, version 3.72 is available and seems to work with Toneport DI Gold!

I think I'll try Updating to 3.72. If that doesn't work I'll try rolling back to 3.70.
