hello i need your help!!!!

i changed my computer  and i cant use de tone locker as i used to do with the old one....the program opens and its reads muy pod s tones but it doesnt run in a correct way and when i open a tone with double click i see only half of the screenfor example only the stomp and delay

i m using......windows xp with service pack 3
