I am hoping that the extra , covered and unused port will allow additional guitar models to be added, to me that would be a very cost effective way of doing a + with The Variax Guitars , I have a Variax 500 and a Podxt with model packs (except the bass expansion pack and the model packs were and are a great idea. I could not afford a  new Variax Electric Guitar

so hope Line 6 is considering the economic mess we are in (I am sure they are) It would be great though for Bass players

to get a Bass back in the line up. ? maybe a update on Variax Workbench as well (the Q& A was very good reading Line 6!)
