using fbv shortboard mkii to change song presets

Whenever using the bank up / down controls and A,B,C,D selector switches i can only change between the user-programmable patches. Is it possible to program the shortboard to change between song presets (ie. "Master of Puppets" or "USA Idiot")? If so, how would i do this?
