Is it possible to control POD 2.0 parameters with MIDI?

Is there a way to change patches or control effects with MIDI?  I don't mean with Line6 edit but with a MIDI song sequence playing live.

An ex. might be with a dedicated channel, if I wanted to turn on chorus in the 3rd verse or wanted to change from a fender clean to a Hi gain amp on the fly for a solo.

 

If it can be done where can I get a chart of the parameters?
