Need help with using boost pedal...

I would like to know how to use a boost my sound live...I use a Spider 3 150w combo amp, with the FBV express pedal, and I also have a linear boost pedal, which gives my solos a boost when playing using other pedals/amps. How can I get this to work with my current set up? Just trying to make the same sound louder...not change anything. Thank you.

    Well, the Spider III has no effects loop, so there's only one place you could possibly put your pedal: in front of the amp. However, this will change your tone since boosting the input signal will also increase the distortion from whichever amp model you're using.
