Best way to use POD Farm with Cubase SX and create drum loops?

I'd like to somehow combine all the DAW software I have purchased (and perhaps need to purchase) and create music with varied drum loops/tracks
Software:
I'd like to establish a drum track with these loops. Is it easier to use another program to construct drum patterns/loops and then import into Cubase? Or should I use HALion to track the drum loops, then put into Cubase? Then I want to lay down some guitar tracks with POD Farm. Is this a plugin for Cubase SX or do I have to pay for that over and above it being a stand-alone application?
I basically would like to use Cubase as my sequencer but want to easily create great drum grooves (somewhere) and bring them into Cubase. Then lay Bass tracks down also either through Pod farm or HALion bass samples and finally lay some guitar tracks down via POD Farm.
Let me know please if I'm just not finding the right faq for this kind of production flow and hopefully point me in the right direction...
thanks,
Taylor,
Most of your question would need to be addressed in a Cubase support forum, but we can certainly help you use the plug-in within Cubase.
The POD Studio KB37 comes with a license to use POD Farm as an effect plug-in within Cubase. You just need to activate that license by using the Line 6 Monkey Software, clicking 'Activate Purchase' in the 'Optional Add-Ons' tab, and type in the word 'refresh' (no apostrophe's) all in lower case.
Then follow the instructions starting on page 6.77 of the following POD Farm Recording Setup Guide:
