Sometimes will not turn on

Sometimes when I turn on my Spider Jam all the lights come on but the screen is blank and cannot play. I turn unit off and on and powers up normal. Sometimes have to turn on and off a couple times to get to work. Has done this 4 times since I bought it three weeks ago.

Hello,
You may want to update the firmware on the unit if you are not running the 2.09 update. Please see the following link for more information on installing the update:

Andy,

I checked and I allready have version 2.09. It was this way from the Box. Should I try and reload it again? The problem is intermitten and does not happen all the time. I just put in a 2gig SD and it is working great. Have not had the problem will not turn on in a week, now? Should I leave well enough alone for now?
