Pod Farm says "No Authorised Device Connected..."

Once again, I'm posting here as I'm not getting any answers.
Every time I start up Pod Farm, it says "No Authorised Device Connected. Cannot Process Audio"
It's annoying.
Will someone from support please contact me please. I grow tired of asking over and over.
Line 6 support generally ignores posts that aren't marked as questions (like this one).
If I mark it as a question (like I did with previous ones), some smart arse comes along and marks it as answered which it hasn't been. That's the problem
The other major problem is that there is no direct way of contacting support.
