Gray Saturday

Weather was bad over the weekend, so I put this together so I would have something to mix.

Sonar 8.5, Jamstix 3 Beta, Pod Farm Platinum

    Thatsastrat,

    Song itself is good.  Drums, guitar, and bass sound fine.  My biggest gripe is that the keyboard playing could be tighter in spots.  Can you sequence the keyboards and have the timing better?

      Aaron,

      Yeh I will try the keyboard again. For some reason I was getting latency and it made it hard to try and track.

      I turned off any plugs I had running, but it was still coming in late. I ran the file again tonight and it seemed to have less

      stress on CPU. Maybe the DAW just needed to have a break. LOL

      I will track this over and post the fix. Thanks for taking the time to listen.

    Song was okay.  Second mix today though that sounded like everything coming down the middle of mix.   I better check my rig on this end.

      I dont' think you need to check your DAW. The two acoustic guitars were panned 56% left and 58% right the bass was 0% drums were 0% and lead was 25% right

      Not a whole lot of spread, but I did not want to get it to wide with so few instruments.
