Hello,

    There are a couple other things you can try here.  To start with, please try a different CAT5 cable.  If this does not change anything, reflash your PODxt with the following information:

  You can also try your pedal with a different Line 6 product, or a different FBV controller with your PODxt to see if there are any changes.  If you are able to determine the FBV shortboard needs repair you will want to contact Line 6 UK for repair information:
