HD147 Volume problems

Hi

 

I have got a question about my HD147. I have got this amp since two years. I had no problems before but since last week a volume drops down (about half tone lower). I don't know if it is a Master/Volume knob problem. There is no noise when I turn them up from 0 to max. Now when I am using it playing with my band I have to turn up the master knob 3-4 times / sesion. This is a bit strange. Would you please tell me what can be the problem. Maybe you have a kind of solution for me.

The problem starts after I switch between channels/ sometimes just during playing.

 

Ps. I have checked all cables, guitar etc.

    misfair,

       

      Is it only the Master Volume knob that you tweak when the volume seems low?

       

      It is possible that the knobs may be moving from the vibration of the amp.  Try parking the knobs (except the Master) at either 0% or 100% to see if you still get this volume drop problem.

       

      If the problem persists, I recommend re-installing the flash memory on the HD147 using a MIDI connection to Line 6 Monkey.

       

      If the problem persists, you should take it to an authorized service center for repair.
