sound cuts out on ux1

When i first started playing my guitar in POD farm, it sounded fine. I was playing for about ten minutes and then it stopped detecting my guitar. I couldnt hear anything. I closed pod farm and opened it again and the same thing happened. sometimes it doesnt work from the start when i open pod farm and need to unplug the usb to bet it working again. However, if my computer makes any other noises such as listening to music on itunes, i can hear the music through the ux1. I've tried different instrument cables and reinstalling everything (drivers, pod farm, firmware, etc) and nothing has worked yet.

Can you please provide us with information on your computer system such as Manufacturer, model, processor type & speed, operating system version, amount of RAM, and whether this is a laptop or desktop.
I recommend making sure you have all the latest Line 6 software/drivers installed on your computer. Disconnect all other USB devices (except for a mouse, keyboard, and the UX1) while troubleshooting this issue. Completely remove ANY USB hubs, even if not in use, and test the UX1 on all of your computer's USB ports.
If the problem persists, I recommend testing on a different computer to isolate the problem.
