Pocket Pod Power Issue

Hi Support.

My pocket pod will not power up anymore under battery power alone. Only when USB is connected. Also, will randomly restart. I read now that this is a common issue. What can I do?

jtatham,

If the Pocket POD is no longer powering up with battery power, there must be a hardware problem with the Pocket POD.

Pocket POD devices are not repairable, they are only replaced if they are within the warranty period. Please take a look at the following document for warranty information:
