Problems with serial number to activate the gearbox

I've a problem with the softwate when i try to use it in a VST mode into de Cubase.

 

There's a message to run monkey software to activet it, but it dons't work.

 

When i click on ACTIVATE PURCHASE the monkey show a message of error saying " license key is not in the proper format".

 

What should i do ???

    Hello,

       

      Your TonePort GX requires the purchase of an optional POD Farm Plug-In license to launch a VST version of the POD Farm effect within your DAW program, which would be Cubase. Cubase should be at least at Studio 4 version level or higher, as we didn't test POD Farm with any earlier version and cannot guarantee 100% operation as such.

       

      The POD Farm Plug-In license for TonePort GX is available for purchase here: http://line6.com/store/item/158

       

      After you purchase it, you receive a license that gets placed in your Line6.com user account at: http://line6.com/account/licenses/

       

      Copy/paste that purchased license key into the Line 6 Monkey Activate Purchase "enter license" field to install the POD Farm Plug-In authorization key into your TonePort GX USB device.
