when I connect my FBV express to my POD 2.0, the two communicate, but I get no sound through any of the audio outputs. HELP!

Has anybody else had this issue?

 

I am sure that I am using the correct POD 2.0 because it has the label FBV Pedal above the CAT5 communications port. In addition, I am using an older generation FBV express - the discontinued version and not the latest one on the line 6 website.

 

Is this something that can be fixed with a simple upgrade of the POD 2.0? I thought that it would come already upgraded since I purchased it just yesterday!

 

Any help would be appreciated!
