code 8000000A?

i tried to update my Spider IV 30 but it keeps saying that there is a error. Code 8000000A is the error.

Hello,
Is it saying it is getting a "MIDI error"? If so, you will want to try different USB ports and ensure that your FBV Mk II controller is registered on your account and up to date.
