Can´t activate the purchase of my ux1

Hi there,

I´ve bougt a new ux1 and everythings fine. It´s registered now but I´m not able to activate the purchase with the monkey.(error code 80003020), doesn´t matter what I do. It seems to be a server error of line6, so please help me (support ticket?)

The UX1 is registered on your account, what are you trying to do? I see two licenses installed on your PODxt, are you truying to transfer the licenses to your UX1? If so, please see the following link for more information:
