I purchased a PODxt Live that does not work

It is registered in my name but I bought it from an individual used, not a dealer. It powers on and the LCD screen lights up, the Amp, STOMP, and MOD lights light up as well and nothing else happens. I tried to reflash the Flash Memory but, it doesn't report what version is on it and doesn't let me install an update.
What are my options? Is it still under warranty?
jraley,
Per our phone conversation we have determined that the PODxt Live has a hardware problem that would need to be fixed by an authorized service center:

The person I bought it from is looking for the receipt. Is there any way to run the serial number to see if it is out of warranty?
jraley,
Unfortunately, we cannot look up the date of purchase as our database does not include the sales reports of our dealers.

This fault is so common (is all over the forum for this model).
I have th exact same thing.
It would be good for Line 6 to investigate this further. If its a common component that does this (the orange creen plus 3 pedal lights on) then making it available to be replaced would be good support.
Going to a service centre is really pricey compared to the cost of the actual unit.
