Monkey 1.33 crashes on launch

I have just installed the latest Mac drivers and ran the Update for Monkey. After installation, the programme continually crashes midway through the startup sequence. I can re-install version 1.32 and this runs perfectly. I'm running OSX 10.5.8 on a G5 Mac dual 2.0Ghz with 6 Gb RAM. There are no changes to my working configuration other than the Line 6 updates.
