NEW FEATURE: LOOPER TEMPO SYNC???

Hi there,
I'm still in love with my M13, but I can't make the looper work for me accept when playing alone. It is very hard to start / stop the loop right in that ms, so that it is still in time also after one minute. I had a Boss Loop pedal earlier and my loops there were my thighter because the machine synced them to tempo.
So it would be very cool if it would be possible to choose from the scene menu if the looper should sync to a scences tempo or not...
Hey LINE6 guys out there!!!!
Is this a feature that could be implented to the M13 or do I dream just of something impossible.
Greetings from Germany
P.S. I will post this also as a feature request...
I'm not a Line6 guy but I am trying to imagine how you would accomplish this. The only thing I could think of would be sort of a "crude sync" where it takes the beginning and end of the loop that you created and then either expands or compresses it to fit with the the closest downbeat of the master tempo. But to do that it would have to move it in time so that the beginning of your loop starts on the downbeat. If you aren't accurate timing the start of the loop to the flashing tempo indicator you would hear a shift as it moves the loop to the downbeat. I'm not sure for live performances that this would be desirable. I would say just keep practicing until you can do it, it's a great way to improve your timing.
The difference between the Boss loopers and the M13 is that the Boss products actually can automatically quantize measures for you. So it's more than a matter of simply syncing to the BPM. I owned the Digitech Jamman for awhile, which had a quantize function, and I found it actually messed me up many times. I do see how it would be easier when trying to play with a band or something, but as far as just playing solo, your best bet is to practice your timing.
Of course it' s nice to improve the own timing but no one can step so accurate, that the loop is still in time with a drummer playing to a metronome. Especially when the loop needs to be repeated very often. So a small not noticeable delay is increasing with every time loop repeats.
I tried it very hard, but my band got so frustrated that my guitar loops run out of time after a certain time. And for LIVE Looping with the band would be my own russian roulette.
From this point of view, I still would like to know if it is possible to integrate an optional quanitze function to the looper...
Don't know if it is possible or not, but all that can be done since it is not available is to submit a feature request for this:

I do have to agree with phil_m's input, though.
